The Nu Green Cube is an environmentally low-impact contemporary piece of furniture. Simple Zen lines convey balanced compositions of size and mixed materials. It is at once – clean and tactile, modern and rustic, strong and tranquil. Re-claimed hardwoods bear the stories of previous use in barns, flooring, and houses. Nail holes, residual paint, varying age patinas and wear patterns accent the natural warm tones of the selected Peroba, Maka, Padu and Teak woods. The rich character dramatically contrasts with the sleek, dark colored Espresso Finish surface of the Mersawa hardwood veneer.

• About The Furniture
• The Espresso finish is on Mersawa veneer - an African hardwood. The Espresso finish is heat treated to better resist moisture staining and MDF substructures are veneered and finished on both sides, to make the construction of these designs more stable in varying weather conditions.
• The "butcher block" application is made primarily of reclaimed Brazilian Peroba Rosa wood. To preserve the imprints of previous use, the Peroba wood is then hand-sanded to precise depths to expose beautiful tones of the inner wood too.
• Eco-Friendly - Eco-effective production process includes the use of materials made with recycled saw dust, reclaimed hardwoods and renewable-harvest Plantation Rubber wood.
