• Manufacture's Warranty:
• Frames: A Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all hardwood and plywood frames. Manufacture warrants the frame to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the furniture.
• Cushions: A 5-Year Limited Warranty applies to all cushions and components used in the seating. All cushioning will naturally soften with use. This is normal and is not a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect.
• Springs: A 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to all sinuous wire seat springs, eight way had tied and Pirelli webbing. Manufacture warrants that the seating system is free from spring or web breakage caused by fatigue or improper installation.
• Leather: A 1-Year Limited Warranty apples to all leather covers that they are free of defects in workmanship, materials, seam slippage and cracking. Leather exhibits natural characteristics such as nicks, scars and variations of shades and wrinkles. These markings are to be expected and are not defects. Damage caused by sun exposure, excessive soiling or improper cleaning methods is not covered. Cleaning that is not in accordance with the Cleaning Code will void all warranties.

Delivery Information

This product ships via 'LTL' freight with inside delivery. The delivery company will carry the furniture into the entry of your home. This is what is considered threshold delivery. They are not responsible for the placement of the furniture in any room or assembly of this product.

This product will ship from our warehouse in 5-8 business days and will take 2-5 business days for transit. Remote delivery areas or points in Canada, will experience longer delivery times. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking/pro number, which will provide the best estimate for a delivery date. The delivery company will call before your order is delivered.
