Shipping Information and Taxes
To help simplify the online ordering process, all shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Our products are delivered by a variety of services. Most of our products will ship via UPS or FedEx. However, some furniture is large and has to be shipped/delivered by a truck with a lift gate or by a freight truck. Every product that we ship is insured to cover any damages that may occur in transit. Orders shipped outside the state of Illinois will not be charged tax.
Orders that have shipped are not allowed to be canceled for any reason. Orders that are in transit cannot be canceled. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to our return policy.
Processing Time - Delivery Date Estimates
We provide the best possible estimate for when products leave our warehouse. Every product features an icon that best estimates the time it takes to process your order by our warehouse and prepare the order for pick up. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via email with tracking information and instructions on how to track your order. This shipping/processing time estimate is based on standard business days, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Most of our products are shipped via common carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. All of our products are shipped with ground service which usually takes 2-8 days depending on your location. The most reliable way to determine your delivery date is to check your tracking information once it is available.
We will notify you by email and/or phone for any products that are on back order for your order. We will notify you with estimated shipping dates with you by email and/or phone.
Shipping Outside the Continental US (Lower 48 States) and International Orders
Orders shipping outside the continental United States are accepted and fulfilled on a case by case basis. Orders are accepted based on our discretion. For most international orders a 3rd party freight forwarding company from the United States must be arranged to deliver the products. International orders will only be accepted when paid for via wire transfer. Note: All sales final on International orders, no returns or refunds. Also, most product warranties are not valid outside the United States.
Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, Brokerage fee's and all other applicable fee's are the sole responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the order price. There are no U.S. Taxes on orders shipped outside the United States, however the importer (customer) must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

We cannot prevent from fraudulent parties from placing orders online via our website, however we will not process or ship any fraudulent orders. We use a proprietary screening method on all orders and fraudulent orders are flagged for investigation. In some cases, we will ask for additional identification before processing and shipping orders.
We guarantee all purchases will arrive in perfect condition. Please open and inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery. All items are shipped with full insurance and are expected to arrive free of defect. In the event that your products arrive with an issue, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason your products arrive damaged, we will rapidly respond to satisfy any complications. All products that we ship are insured. If you experience products that are damaged upon arrival please contact us via email email@example.com or call us toll free at 1-866-573-5897. In order to insure a rapid response sometimes it is helpful if you could take pictures with a digital camera and email the pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages to shipped items must be noted on the proof of delivery/receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the proof of delivery, we will work to get a replacement product. If you don't accept a replacement product and you cancel your order you will be subject to a cancellation fee. All damaged products must be claimed within 5 days of arrival.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for any reason, within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling costs. The customer is responsible for returned shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must be shipped with insurance to cover any accidents that may happen during shipping back the products. The customer will be responsible for return freight charges. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable.
To return your purchase within 14 days of receipt please follow the following steps:
- Email email@example.com with the subject of the email “Product Return”. Please include your full name, order number, and the product(s) you plan to return. Or call 1-866-573-5897 to request a RMA.
Damaged Products – Any Damage Must Be Noted on Delivery Receipt.
- All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. If products are not in original condition or packaging additional charges may apply.
- Please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org to insure prompt service for your refund.
- We are not responsible for refunds on shipping and handling charges, unless it is an error on our behalf.
