Return Policy

All merchandise can be returned unless the product is specifically mark “This Item Is Not Returnable”. Please review our return policy in order to ensure prompt service with your return. We try to ship most of our products via UPS or FedEx. However, due to the size of some furniture we have to ship by LTL freight. The customer will be responsible for return freight charges. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable.


Return Process

To return your purchase within 14 days of receipt please follow the following steps:

  1. Email service@mynewfurniturestore.com with the subject of the email “Product Return”. Please include your full name, order number, and the product(s) you plan to return. Or call 1-866-573-5897 to request a RMA.
Return Details

  • All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. If products are not in original condition or packaging additional charges may apply.
  • Please email the tracking number to service@mynewfurniturestore.com to insure prompt service for your refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for refunds on shipping and handling charges, unless it is an error on our behalf.
Damaged Products – Any Damage Must Be Noted on Delivery Receipt.

If for any reason your products arrive damaged, we will rapidly respond to satisfy any complications. All products that we ship are insured. All damaged products must be claim within 5 days of arrival. If you experience products that are damaged upon arrival please contact us via email service@mynewfurniturestore.com or call us 1-866-573-5897. In order to insure a rapid response sometimes it is helpful to take pictures of the damage with a digital camera and email the pictures to service@mynewfurniturestore.com. Damages to shipped items must be noted on the proof of delivery/receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the proof of delivery, we will work to get a replacement product. If you don't accept a replacement product and you cancel your order you will be subject to a cancellation fee.


Canceling Your Order
  • To cancel an order email service@mynewfurniturestore.com with the subject “Cancel My Order” or call 1-866-573-5897.
  • Orders canceled within 24 business hours, may recieve a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it may NOT be cancelled for any reason.
Refusal Of Delivery

Refused delivery of orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional shipping costs will deducted from the original purchase price to cover these costs before a refund will be processed.
