this product is shipped with 'ltl' freight
Standard 'Less Than Truckload' (LTL) Freight. 'LTL' freight is delivered by an 18' - 26' delivery truck. 'LTL' freight is delivered by a "white box truck" which is how most furniture is delivered. Generally, the delivery company will call before they deliver your furniture, however this is not gauranteed. what if my product arrives damaged?
All of our products are inspected and shipped free of defect. All of our products are shipped with insurance and are guaranteed to arrive free of defect. However, due to the nature of shipping large furniture, sometimes damage occurs during transit. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Bill of Lading
A physical paper receipt (document) for the goods to be delivered to a designated person for their order. You will also have to sign the 'bill of lading' to accept delivery of the product/goods. The product number/name and quantities will be listed on the receipt. NOTE - If you notice any 'excessive'damage that is done to the box/packaging, you must note this on the receipt (bill of lading). - Concealed Damage
If you DO NOT notice any damage to the exterior packaging for the items you ordered and later discover, you received damaged product/goods, please email service@mynewfurniturestore.com or call 1-866-573-5897. Also, refer to the instruction manual for the product/piece/item number that is damaged and needs to be replaced. If you can take pictures of the damaged product and email them to us, sometimes this will help expedite the process.
